Idhaavuso, bhikkhu siilavaa hoti, paatimokkhasa.mvarasa.mvuto viharati aacaaragocarasampanno, a.numattesu vajjesu bhayadassaavii, samaadaaya sikkhati sikkhaapadesu.
here-friends / monk / virtuous / is / self-restrained with the bounds of monastic rules / lives / successful in observing good conduct / in slightest / in faults / one who sees danger / having taken up / trains oneself / in precepts
Friends, here, the monk is virtuous, (he) lives self-restrained with the bounds of monastic rules, successful in observing good conduct, (he) sees danger in the slightest faults, takes up and trains himself in the precepts.
So a~n~natara.m santa.m cetovimutti.m upasampajja viharati.
he / certain / calmed / emancipation of mind / having attained / lives
He attains a certain peaceful release of mind and dwells (thereupon).

nibbidaaya viraagaaya nirodhaaya
nibbidaa (f) weariness, disenchantment.

So bhavaana.myeva nibbidaaya viraagaaya nirodhaaya pa.tipanno hoti.

sambahula (adj) many.
samacitta [This is the title of the vagga, and PTS English has "tranquil mind". PTS PED has "possessed of equanimity". Perhaps, someone may explain the difference with 'upekkhaa'.]
devataa (f) divine being.
upasa`nkamitvaa bhagavanta.m abhivaadetvaa ekamanta.m a.t.tha.msu.
having approached / Blessed One / having greeted / on one side / sat
upon arrival, (they) greeted the Blessed One and sat on one side.
