Dear Bkh,
I'm a Pali learner in need of the index you're compiling, so I have
a particular appreciation for it and would be happy to help out writing
some code.
My initial thought is all of the source pali index text is in plain text
in utf-8 format, I could write some code that would sort the data in
many different ways including proper pali alphabet order, and generate
that into html tables, excel tables, html formatted into mobile device
friendly sizes, etc.
