I am part of an online Pali study group and we are discussion versions of the Tipitaka.



My lecturer at MCU, who is a translator for the PTS, told me that the Tipitaka on the Chattha Sangayana CD is the Burmese submission to the 6th Council, not the result of the 6th Council.



Could you tell me which version the World Tipitaka Edition is based on?
