Nina, aagamaasi aside, I agree that "kin nu kho" is better as "why then".

This happens to be the final post from this chapter of the book. It had taken us slightly over ten months to go through the list of indeclinables. For the remainder of the year, we will be completing the chapter on Passive Forms (Chapter III).

There is a chapter in the book discussing special declensions and conjugations, but no mention of gacchati. I wonder if there is any compilation of Pali verbs/nouns with special endings.
