The German language text says that SaddanItti consists of 27 chapters and that the first part called MahA SaddanItti consists of 18 chapters and the second part called Culla-SaddanItti consists of 9 chapters. However, if one takes a closer look at

one will see that PadamAlA and DhAtumAlA have 19 chapters. If these 19 chapters belong to MahA-SaddanItti, then Geiger omitted one chapter because he wrote "18". Is there any one who could be kind enough to explain me what happened?
