When I asked my teacher if he wanted a copy of that, he upped the standard. "What about the PTS one?" He's of course referring to the widely used PTS referencing with volume and page number.
I wasn't prepared to do that. However I would if there's enough demand for it. The present one was done mainly because I wanted such a reference.
So, what do you all think? How do you manage all this while?
