Changeable stem nominal paradigms

Pages 56 to 60 of Steven Collins "A Pali Grammar" talks about an exception to regular patterns of noun declension, the so-called "changeable stem nominal paradigms." The words "kamma" and "rājā" are given as examples of nouns with three different stems used in their declension.

My question is whether there is some list somewhere of these exceptional nouns. This sort of information does not seem to be included in dictionary entries, either in Buddhadatta's or in the Pali Text Society dictionary.

Does anyone know where a list of these nouns can be found?

This is part of the computer program in Ruby that I am writing.

Thanks in advance.
