What do I need to do to get all the fonts on the Tipitika answers page for Pali Primer to display properly? The Unicode button I select and most of the fonts are fine the macron, the dot under etc. What doesn't display is the tilde ~. I use firefox and have selected unicode Times New Roman.

Also, I found a Pali version of MN 76 that has the paragraphs numbered the same as Bhikkhu Bodhi's English translation. The only identifying info for the origin is B SQ Guides to Sutta Study No. 45. Does anyone know if there is some place where all the discourses from the Majjhima Nikaaya are collected in Pali with the paragraphs numbered according to the English translation by Bhikkhu Bodhi? It makes finding things a lot easier if the paragraphs are numbered the same.

So, two questions one about the web page display of the Pali Primer answers at tipitika and what do I need to do to get the tilde to display properly?

Second what is B SQ and where can I find more Majjhima Nikaaya discourses with paragraph numbering that coincides with the English translation by Bhikkhu Bodhi?

thanks,
