I tried just a few minutes ago and I was able to create an account and
see the sutta located at:
http://www.tipitakastudies.net/tipitaka/9M/1/1.1
So maybe they were having technical problems when you tried.
Try again and if you can't, let me know if you want me to send you
some specific sutta so you can compare with other versions.
