2. ka. = [Is this the Myanmar ed?] Not sure about this one.
3. sii. = SIIHALA ed
4. ka.m. = KAMBUJA that is Khmer ed
5. pii. = PTS ed.

BTW the CSCD 4 is available for download and is easy to copy and paste
without need for conversion,
