A large percentage of the example sentences in the Saddaniti are
already translated in Steven Collins Pali grammar. Not utilising these
in some way would certainly be a waste. For example, they could be
used as a check after translation. They are usually very long
sentences often with vocabulary that is not so straightforward, so
there are implicit exercises waiting even in just aligning and
explaining the translation, which words or phrases map to which, which
cases are being used, etc.
