Thank you very much for your help. I just couldn't understand why
Buddhadatta translated it "let (him) be bound". I spent quite a lot of
time trying to justify the use of a Passive Present Participle but
totally overlooked the Attanopada set of verbs. As Buddhadatta points
it out p77, the attanopada set was used to form the passive verbs and
parassapada the active ones. Moreover he gives the 3rd sing.
imperative form "ta.m" p79, so no excuse!!
As Mahapaliha kindly pointed it out, the right translation should
therefore be
O Brahman! Let him be bound at six places (of the body) with a hundred
bonds
Let him be led from the forest to the Royal City
Let him be killed with goads and pikes
He who stole the roots of lotus plants
