I didn't say we shouldn't use it. I was just smiling at what their founding fathers would have thought.

Buddhists have learn't a lot from Christian missionaries, and I think Catholic schools in Sri Lanka have educated some very good Buddist thinkers. To cite the Dalai Lama: "My enemy is my best teacher."

Perhaps the Buddha himself learnt a few things from Mara.
