And also for your annotated translation.
There is a reference book called something like
"Study Aid for Pali Students" I saw at Orchid books
in Bangkok that annotates sentences in a similar
fashion. I just searched through UC Berkeley catalog
and Google books to no avail. When I find it I'll
post it.
