My Pali is very, very basic. But I will try to help since you
haven't had an answer yet. I recognize these phrases from
the "Transfer of Merits" that is often recited at the end of Dhamma
talks.

The translation for the paragraph these appear in are as follows.
The line by line is my attempt and the paragraph that follows is how
it appears in the Vandana in english

ettavata ca amhehi
sambhatam punnasumpadam
sabbe deva anumodantu
sabbasampattisidhiya

ettavata - so far, to that extent, even by this much
ca - and
amhehi - "we" (instrumental plural of "I" which is "aham")

sambhatam - brought together, stored up, provisions
punnasampadam - good/favorable + fortune (merit?)


sabbe - all (I think)
deva - deva!
anumodantu - I think this might be some form of anumodana. Loosely
somethign like "rejoicing together" Article here:

sabbasampattisiddhiya
sabba - all
sampatti - success, happiness
siddhiya - some form of "siddhi" accomplishment, success
