Dear Pali friends,

I'll be very grateful is anyone can clarify this for me:

The Buddha Jayanti Tripitaka often uses the citation "*Machasa.m*".
Does this mean "variant reading"? or "Burmese reading"? My guess
it is the former, but I need some confirmation.
