I do have a PHP script which I used for text formatting for
tipitaka.net. By changing some variables, I can convert among
Velthuis, Unicode, and any old Pali PC fonts, in any direction, e.g.
Norman->Velthuis, Velthuis->Unicode. However, the script has to be
operated manually each time I use it.

What I can do is improve the current script, throw in a
radio-button/check-box for selection of direction, and make a strictly
Velthuis->Unicode or Unicode->Velthuis converter, and make it
available on tipitaka.net.

If you are interested, I can work on it this weekend. There will be
some limitations imposed, though, because the conversion operation
takes up server time and bandwidth, which are both expensive.
