Thanks for all the links.
Now I can add those diacritical marks when writing.
I'll have to figure out some way of making them easily
useable by people in Burmese and Southeast Asian studies, like an easy
to used CGI page.

A lot of the words in languages like Burmese and Mon when
transliterated into roman script really require these Pali
diacritical marks but it's not exactly obvious for non-Pali scholars
how to add them.

Another question: If Pali itself has not been added as a unicode
language then how do the other scripts that Pali is written in work?
Like Burmese? Or Sinhalese?

It seems like it would have made more sense to define the Pali
alphabet first and then the alphabets of Southeast Asian languages
after that, since they are all virtual duplicates of the Pali alphabet
albeit Pali writing in these scripts adds some additional complexities
for which additional glyphs have to be added, I guess, like a smaller
k (ka-ji) under a larger k for double k "kk" which doesn't occur in
the Burmese language.
