At least according to "Dana: Giving and Getting in Pali Buddhism"
(2003) by Ellison Banks Friendly which gives the following references:
S 3.3, 42, 46, 138, 164, 173,; 4.206, 207, 287, 330; A 1.178, A =
Anguttara Nikaya, (Hare, 1989, Pali Text Society), but she also
references Woodward for both, well I'm confused.
Is there a standard citation system for Pali verses in Pali and
English translation?
