N: Also lokuttara cittas, the supramundane cittas that experience
nibbaana, arise because of conditions, namely, wisdom that has been
developed to that stage. However, these are not included in the
pa.ticcha samuppaada. Thus, the word 'everything' could not applied
here. The reason is that the P.S. explains the conditions by which
one continues in the cycle of birth and death.
The lokuttara cittas are leading out of this cycle.
