Interesting! In my search I found this is not a very popular sutta.
Not a surprising fact, given the Buddha's admonitions against
discussion creation theory and the like. I believe it may have
questionable origins. (no pun intended)

Nevertheless, in searching for it, I had the opposite problem as you -
I found the Pali version but no english translation:
