3.Nimmalassa siilassa paalana.m mahapphala.m mahaanisa.msa.m hoti.

The observation of pure morality brings great results and is greatly
beneficial.

mahaanisa.msa.m = mahaa + anisa.msa

4."Pemato jaayatii soko
Pemato jaayatii bhaya.m
Pemato vippamuttassa
Natthi soko; kuto bhaya.m?" Dhp. 213.
[from] love / is born / sorrow
[from] love / is born / fear
[from] love / released
is no / sorrow / whence / fear
Sorrow arises from love. Fear arises from love.
One who is released from love has no grief, so whence fear?

5.Bhagavataa ta.nhakkhayaaya dhammo desito hoti.

One who takes only what is noble, as if holding a scale, is a wise man

The Great King Dhammaasoko sent many presents to Devaanampiyatissa

The one who has concentration and wisdom is indeed close to Nibbaa.na.
