the PTS reference is enough.
Even after reading Buddhaghosa translation, and Olendzki translation
in "access to insight" (file:///C:/Documents%20and%
20Settings/yossis/Desktop/Mahaniddesa.htm), this half verse is still
obscure for me.
My suggestion is different from both, and I would appreciate any
comments, or any grammatical corrections.
I take pan~n~tti paramatthiyaa as two Nominative without an apparent
verb (Buddhaghosa do the same, when he addes "will allow"), and as a
sentence which refer to the previous one, that is, cittabhangaa mato
loko.
Thus, pan~n~tti as "description"/"decleration" (I wonder if the
translation of pan~n~tti as "concept" is already common in the
suttas, or only in the Abhidhamma?)
param as "beyond"/"further"
atthiyaa (f.Nominative): "proper"/"suitable"
"When the mind dissolved/stopped, the world is dead
this is the proper description of the beyond".
