"O monks, such (is) the path to progress, namely: one living in
solitude, one collecting alms, one wearing rags, one carrying only
three upper robes, a qualified Dhamma speaker, an accomplished Vinaya
master, great learning, the rank of a Thera, attainment in one's
bearing, establishment of a congregation, having an extensive
following, having an appealing appearance, skilled in pleasant
conversations, contentment, having good health."

addhamida.m = addha.m ida.m: this path.
- addhan (m) path.
- ida.m (dem pron, n/nom/sg) this.
bhikkhu (m) monk.
laabha (m) gain, acquisition.
yadida.m = ya.m ida.m: which is this, that is, in other words, so to
speak, just this.

aakappasampadaa (f) attainment in bearing.
- aakappa (m) appearance, air, conduct, deportment, manner.
- sampadaa (f) accomplishment, attainment.
parivaarasampadaa (f) establishment of congregation.
- parivaara (m) following, congregation.
mahaaparivaarataa = mahaaparivaara-taa (f) having an extensive following.
- mahant (adj) great.
kolaputti (m) young man of a good family.
va.n.napokkharataa = va.n.napokkhara-taa (f) having gorgeousness in
appearance.
- va.n.na (m) appearance.
- pokkharataa (f) beauty, gorgeousness.
kalyaa.navaakkara.nataa = kalyaa.navaakkara.na-taa (f) skilled in
pleasant conversations.
appicchataa (f) contentment, satisfied with little.
appaabaadhataa = appa-aabaadha-taa (f) having good health.
- aabaadha (m) affliction, illness, disease.

So.lasa pasaadakaradhammaa ni.t.thitaa.
