If I have understood the function of this list
correctly, trying to understand the meaning of Pali
words and how to translate them is included.

Is that right? Or should discussion of debatable word
usage be regarded as "nitpiching", "bickering" and
worrying oneself "with other peoples errors", and
therefore avoided?
