Dear Yong Peng,
Niraya is, also by PTS, translated as purgatory, but this sounds Catholic
Christian. In Catholicism purgatory is used as a transition to heaven. A
person is purified there, he cannot go straight to heaven. Hell is a
punishment forever. Different ideas.
Why not in our text: hell. it is niraya hell. We know that life in a hell
plane is not everlasting. In the Suttas we read about different hell planes.

I only have a remark about the ending:
A.t.thaanapaa.li pannarasamo.
> Book on Possible Outcomes, the Fifteenth
a.t.thaana is impossibility. Thus, Book on the impossible outcomes.
Nina.
