My first guess would be:
sii = Sinhalese version.
syaa = Thai version (syaama = Siam, name for Thailand)
ka.m = Cambodian version
That is to say references to the official printed versions of those countries, rather than to the manuscript traditions.
Not sure about pii. PTS edition?
