Bhante Santi,
Most Pali researchers today I think would use the CSCD from Dhammagiri in India.
Although it is not perfect, it is about the best we have as it has a very good search
engine.
I think the latest is the 4th ed.
Others will surely give more and better information, which would be welcome.
