"This is the most eminent, monks, among those of the upasakas, my
disciples, going to the first refuge: it is the merchants Tapussa and
Bhallika.

etadagga = etad agga: this is chief.

mama (per pron) my.
saavaka (m) disciple.
upaasaka (m) lay devotee.
