Hello Yong Peng,
Thank you for the reminder.
I was not able to find some of these roots and their forms and have noted
this in each case. Of course that doesn't mean that they are wrong, but
only that I can't find them. This also doesn't mean that I couldn't find
them on the PED, because I could, but even with seeing their roots, the form
was not necessarily apparent to me. I have asked below about a list of verb
roots and forms of which I hope you can inform me.
Aside from that, the only grammatical glosses that I personally would alter
are the gerunds from causitives where you have simply noted "ger."
Personally, I would note "caus ger" so as to clarify things. This is a
minor point though, and I'm sure you have your reason for not doing so.
I fear that I have not been much help, and hope that some others may be able
to verify my comments below.
Metta,
Alan

> nihita (pp, ni+dhaa I)
> ahosi (aor, huu I)
> pa.tivasati (pa.ti+vas I)
> kaamayamaanaa (ppr, kam VII)
> pesesu.m (aor, pes VII)
> sutvaa (ger, (s)su V)
> cintesi (aor, cint VII)
> pahaaya (ger, pa+jahati of haa I)
> bhavati (bhuu I)
> va.t.tati (va.t.t I)
> pa.tikkhipi (aor, pa.ti+(k)khip I*)
> pavattentii (ppr, pa+vatt VII)
> santappesi (aor, sa.m+tapp VII)
> aagamma (ger, aa+gam I)
> ga.nhi (aor, (g)gah V)
(I am not familiar with this one, but it seems like it should be right)
> disvaa (ger, (d)dis>pass I)
> pati.t.thaapetvaa (ger, pati+(.t).thaa VII)
(this seems to be the gerund of the causitive form and so instead of "having
stood up" it should mean "having fixed" or "having established" and I don't
know how you've glossed it)
> aaha (past perfect, substitute for bruu I*)
> oloketvaa (ger, o+lok VII)
> dehi (imp, daa I)
> pa.tijaggaahi (imp, pa.ti+jagg I)
(I can't find if this is form "I" though I would guess that it is. This
leads me to a question; when you can't find a verb form in Warder's where do
you look. I heard some talk of a list that a certain Venerable compiled (I
think), do you know where I can get it)
> vatvaa (ger, vac I)
> pa.tipaadetvaa (ger, pa.ti+pad III)
> agamaasi (aor, gam I)
> ~natvaa (ger, (~n)~naa V)
> laddho (pp, labh I)
> vidhametvaa (ger, vi+dhmaa VII)
(no luck finding this root)
> vandeyya.m (opt, vand I)

(causitive gerund "having caused to make" "having built")
> abhiruyha (ger, abhi+ruh I*)
> .thatvaa (ger, (.t).thaa I)
> puujetu.m (inf, puuj VII)
> ugghosesi (aor, ud+ghoseti VII)
> pa.t.thaaya (ger, pa+(.t).thaa I)
> namassantu (imp, namassati I)
(I don't know the root)
> mahi.msu (aor, mah I)
(don't know root)
> kathesu.m (aor, kath VII)
> payojesi (aor, pa+yuj VII)
> niliinaa (pp, ni+liiyati I)
( I don't know about this one. It is a variant of .deti (root .dii or .lii)
and I assume form "I")
> nivatti (aor, ni+vatt I)
> patvaa (ger, pa+aap V)
> anubandhitaa (pp, anu+bandh I)
> pakkaami (aor, pa+(k)kam I)
> janetvaa (ger, jan VII)
> ulla`nghi (aor, ud+langh I)
(I can't find this one)
> sandhaaretu.m (inf, sa.m+dhar VII)
> asakkontii (ppr, a+sak(k) VI)
> parigalitvaa (ger, pari+gal I)
> patantii (ppr, pat I)

> nisiidaapetvaa (ger, ni+siid VII)
(gerund of causitive: "having caused to sit down")
> netvaa (ger, nii I)
> jahanti (haa I)
> mantvaana (ger, mant VII)
( I am not sure about this one. It seems an odd form but I can't think of
what else it would be)

> cutaa (pp, cu I)
> sutta (pp, sup I)
(couldn't find it)
