Thank you for the corrections, I was a bit confused by those two. I have
done a bit of compiling and added two more suttas to the end of the list
supplied by Stephen Hodge that apparently Peter Harvey mentions in a
particular book dealing with the issue.

Below is the completed list with links to online English translations and
the Pali when English is not available. I am posting this as a resource to
whoever is interested, not to take part in any conversation myself. I
haven't actually looked at the suttas other than to verify that they are the
ones mentioned below.
