What you say may be true, I do not know much about rules.
I thought of Mahaapajapati and that eight principal rules had to be
followed.

Nowadays the order of bhikkhunis does not exist in Theravada, but I know
this is a delicate point. I would rather not go into discussions, too many
texts, too much work for me to attend to!
