In Norwegian I have a certain preference for translating ariyasacca as
"sentral kjensgjerning"

This would be (in Norwegian) "den sentrale kjensgjerning om det som gjør
vondt".

Although the Scandinavian languages have much in common, there are still
some differences of syntax and idiomatic usage between them, so I do not
quite know how relevant these suggestions are for Danish and Swedish.
