Warder, "Introduction to Pali" is the best. Gair and Karunatillake, "A New
Course in Reading Pali" is also useful. Both these should be easily
obtainable.

Since you have experience with Sanskrit, you will certainly also enjoy
Manfred Mayrhofer, "Handbuch des Pali", Heidelberg 1951, a comparative
grammar which shows how Pali relates to Sanskrit and other Indo-European
languages. Vol II even has a few parallell texts in Pali and (Buddhist)
Sanskrit.
