N: Offensive is mostly said about a person. PTS has repulsive feature, and
in a footnote: a note of the Commentary: anittha.m, undesirable. This can be
anything, it does not have to be visible.
It can have many degrees of undesirableness. I just followed the
Commentary.
Asubha, foul, usually refers to something like a corpse, something visible.
Dimitri's links did not open for me.

PED has for nimitta: sign, outward appearance, characteristic, attribute,
object of thought, ground, reason, condition.
