Dear Yong Peng,
CPD has Ras, which I think is too "short". Three letters should be reserved for older works.
Perhaps it should be Rasvhn, since it is a late work and rarely cited.
This apprehension over number of letters used may be pedantic, but it helps simplify the system by reserving often quoted books with single letters (Nikayas), 2 letters (Khuddhaka Nikaya books), etc.
