the Uddesavibhanga Sutta where the monks ask venerable Mahaakaccaana
to explain to them the Blessed One concise explanation.
They say:
Vibhata aayasmaa mahaakaccaano agaru.m karitvaati.
So I think perhaps Rett is right in taking it as "making light" the
difficulty.
