Thanks for your offer but I have already sorted out the problem as it was
needed urgently -- I actually sent in this request more than a week ago, but
it was only just posted. I believe that the reference I gave is an
acceptable alternative -- it is the 199th sutta of the Catukka-nipaata,
alternatively the 9th sutta in the Mahaavagga of the Catukka-nipaata. Your
references are to the PTS Pali edition which I do not use often.
