Dear Bhante Yuttadhammo and Frank,
In dhammastudy list, we are putting Visuddhimagga Ch IV on line. We are
working on it already almost two years. Perhaps Frank has seen it.
But I read the English next to the Pali, because at times there may be
confusion about the translated terms.
It is not meant for reading at a stretch, but para by para. Otherwise it
does not sink in. For each one I write a short Intro, a summary of the Tiika
and my own comment.
It is always new to me, I am so impressed.
Like today, it is about ahirika and anottappa which perform their functions
the whole day, whenever akusala citta arises. They prevent one from seeing
the ugliness and danger of akusala. They are such good reminders!
With respect,
Nina
