Sadhu, bhante Kumara,

I am sure with more "awakened" monks like Bhante Aggacitta and yourself, Buddhists in Malaysia will benefit greatly.

My impression so far is that Buddhaghosa and those who follow his tradition (mostly the modern Sinhalese monks)are basically "scholar monks" lacking meditation experience.

Bhante Sujato has often and clearly pointed this out in his writings, such as the History of Mindfulness.
