Dear Yong Peng,
I am sorry to say that you should know about this long
time ago.There are a lot of strange aorist in
different grammar texts.Just buy A.B.Buddhadatta pali
book 3 to look for some more aorist where he copied
from different texts.Your problem is mainly due to
lacking insight into all pali grammar text books-big
or small.Your cannot learn pali by just looking at
some modern pali manual.
