N: I am looking at ra~n~no: gen. or dat. of raaja.
So it could be: and is to be reckoned as an attribute (or whatever you
prefer for a"nga) for the king.
I do not know whether this helps.
The Co says about a"nga: good quality. So it could be quality if you like.
