it can be a parasitic spyware on your system. I see no reason why you
would be getting a message from bhelpswr.co.in when the three of you
are using different and entirely separate mail servers. It can't even
be true if Gunnar is sending mails through Yahoo!.

A spyware gets onto your system when you visit some sites, usually
when you click on a link in a email, or an advertisement link on
another site.

One way to remove spywares (parasitic or not), is to have a spyware
protection software installed. I am using Ad-Aware from Lavasoft, it
is free!

If the problem persists, you can write to your internet service
provider and confirm that they are not using CxProtect or
bhelpswr.co.in's service.
