I understand this to be what is meant by sampajanna in Vipassana
practice, and infer that there are included under comprehension as
non-self, also comprehension as impermenant and
suffering.

cetaso vikkhepo="derangement of mind" - I am not sure whether to take
cetaso as the genetive of ceta, or as the noun "cetasa" which is
derived from the former. I think the latter option would translate as
something like "intention that is deranged". I have opted for the
former. The word vikkhepo is not clear to me - is it referring to
insanity, perversion of view, or simply mental distraction?
