I can say something about the first two at least. The third is harder.

yassatthaaya

yassa atthaaya

'for the purpose of which'

seveyya

3rd person optative < sevati

'he should practice, he might practice, he would practice'

Here the optative is being used to discuss hypotheticals.

svevassaa

Not sure. One would expect a correlate to yassa, such as tassa or assa.

perhaps along the lines of su + eva + assa 'of precisely that' ??? (su = sma)
