I can say something about the first two at least. The third is harder.

'for the purpose of which'
seveyya
3rd person optative < sevati
'he should practice, he might practice, he would practice'
Here the optative is being used to discuss hypotheticals.
svevassaa
Not sure. One would expect a correlate to yassa, such as tassa or assa.
perhaps along the lines of su + eva + assa 'of precisely that' ??? (su = sma)
