I suspect that Ven Sujato has in mind the Taisho edition, available
digitally from CBETA, since this was based on the 2nd Koryo edition to which
you refer but also included a wealth of variant readings from a wide range
of other editions, although more have become available since the 1920s when
the Taisho edition was printed. Taisho is pretty standard for scholars but
it does now need revising in certain respects.
