pucchati can take a double accusative (like
English) so I'd just go with ta.m (tva.m, tuva.m).

With verbs of anger you want to put the
thing/person you are angry with in the locative,
so perhaps ' mayi ' is the right choice. It
certainly sounds best to my ear.

Since the verb is in the optative it feels
alright to me to use na. maa would typically be
used for expression of prohibition 'do not...'
which in canonical pali would usually take an
augmentless aorist, and in commentarial pali
would typically take the imperative. However
na/maa can overlap in some odd ways that I don't
have a handle on.

tava sounds better to my ear if 'you' refers to
the person who wrote and sent the letter. The
'from you' is just idiomatic English; note that
in English we could just as well say: 'until I
receive your later' as you mentioned.

Of course there could be a case where a third
party is forwarding a letter originally from
someone else. So you could have a sentence like:
I shall not go until I receive your letter from
devadatta. This might be a case where you would
use 'tava lekhana.m' and 'devadattaa' (abl). I'm
not 100% on this though.
