I see you're logging in from Thailand, so I'll speak generally on
international practice. Yes, almost all countries recognise a system
of fair use/fair dealing. For text, most likely you can quote a
paragraph or two, with proper references, without problem. However,
reproducing a picture might be more problematic. Some countries' law
might find a copyright infringement even in the reproduction of one
picture, particularly if it involves commercial usage. My advice is to
check with a qualified lawyer. (And the REAL reason is not that we
don't know the answer, but that your lawyer will act as an insurer in
case you got on the wrong side of the law. Sue your lawyer if he gets
you sued.)
