convenient way to do that, but now you've sent me the solution!
I found the CD on the net and downloaded it, I wonder if it's a copyright
violation. but it is for free distribution, isn't it? Here's the link:

Setup ask whether you're using a chinese version, just click yes. (i hope
thats not breaking the precepts, but its the only way to get setup to run).
(i think you probably already have the CD, but i guess other people
might find it useful)
