It is a text file, so you do not need to install it.

I use this collection of words for the Pali-Word-by-Word exercise. A
number of the words are compounds, some words may not occur in the
Sutta Pitaka. Nonetheless, it is a good reference.

If you have problem with the file, I can send you the word list in an
email.
